What the rep designs is what the saw cuts.

Design the exact window in real 3D. Quote it on the spot with the site built in. Save, and the quotation, spec sheet and sign-off write themselves. Then the same model cuts the profile, mills the pocket and orders the glass.

// THE SECOND FILM

From the quote to the CNC file, in 93 seconds.

A window designed, quoted, signed off, then cut, milled and glazed from the same model. One source of truth, start to finish.

// 02 / CHOOSE YOUR OPENING

It doesn't draw the window. It operates it.

One slider drives the real mechanism, built from 3D models of the parts your factory fits. The tilt and turn runs its full cycle, the awning winder lifts and the scissor arm winds the sash out, casements sweep to 90°, bifolds concertina, sliders glide on their tracks.

Any colour. One click.

Every colour and foil in your range, rendered on the frame inside and out, with the grain running the right way. Change one window or the whole project. Special-order colours get flagged with their lead time before the quote goes out.

Pick a finish above. These are real frames from the 3D engine, not photos.

// 04 / REAL 3D

Built from the real parts. Down to the last detail.

01 / 07

The exact window, from the real profile.

Extruded from the manufacturer's DXF profile sections, not a cartoon. Steel reinforcement per profile and colour. The Profile Manager imports a DXF, orients it and finds the glazing bead itself.

Hardware modelled from the actual parts.

Winders, locks, hinges and screens built from 3D scans and models of the parts your factory fits, split into moving pieces. Fly screens sit exactly where they really sit. Security doors swing. Screens roll.

A pet door in any pane. The dog walks through.

Pet doors, steel-mesh security doors and retractable screens are one-click chips that carry through to the cut list. And yes, a 3D dog and cat walk through the pet door. Customers remember that one.

Glass that knows the rules.

The branch picks the glazier automatically. Pane too big for its glass? It climbs to the next thickness in the same family, keeping the Low-E. Nothing can make it? It blocks the build and says why. Acoustic laminate goes on the street side. Units over 150 kg add the crane to the job.

The Read building plans dialog in ForgeOS Fenestration

// 05 / READ THE PLANS

Drop in the plans. It builds the project.

Working drawings and the energy report go in as PDFs. Out come the windows, their sizes, the reveals and the thermal requirement each opening has to meet.

  • Every opening on the plan becomes a frame in the project, with the client details attached.
  • The Uw and SHGC each window has to hit are read from the energy report and carried onto the frame.
  • WERS-listed ratings on every frame-and-glass combination, so the spec that comes out matches the report that went in.

// 06 / QUOTE ON THE SPOT

Quoted before the kettle boils. With the site built in.

The quote builds as you design, on your branch lists. One job, one build, one quote number. A quote reopened months later comes back exactly as it went out.

// 07 / DOCUMENTS THAT SELL

Save. The paperwork writes itself.

Your brand on it, not ours. Every label and image editable in Settings.

  • Quotation on every save: print-quality PDF, studio 3D renders of every window inside and out, the hardware in the frame's colour.
  • Performance specification in three versions, with WERS-listed energy figures, heat loss, solar gain, acoustic rating and BAL level per window.
  • Final sign-off, completion and service documents, check-measure PDF and final design PDF.
  • Assembly list, glass panels report, cut list and purchase orders, all from the same model, filed onto the job.

// 08 / THE CUSTOMER'S OWN 3D LINK

Your customer opens the window before they buy it.

Every quote gets a private 3D link. The customer orbits their windows, opens and closes them and sees their colours on their own phone. Then they sign off in 3D.

  • Final sign-off link: the customer adjusts transom and mullion heights, initials each clause and signs. The signed PDF carries the real 3D renders.
  • A change the rep makes reaches the customer's sign-off in seconds, even on patchy mobile data.
  • A report-a-problem link lets the customer flag a fault against a live 3D model of their own window.
  • Private by construction: a customer link loads that customer's page and nothing else.

// 09 / THE FACTORY GETS EXACT FILES

Optimised across the bar

Every cut, nested.

Which piece comes off which bar, in what order, with the offcut flagged keep or scrap. Kerf, bar trim and weld allowance applied. Utilisation per bar, so scrap stops being invisible.

Straight to the machine

Every drill, slot and pocket.

Milling generated from the hardware actually fitted: drainage, lock keeps, winder pockets, handle bores. Cuts to 0.1 mm, glass to 0.001 mm. Anything the exporter can't place shows red before anyone presses download.

Proven on real orders

Checked against the factory's own files.

17 real production orders hold every table to account: 345 bars, 1,290 steel rows, 375 of 375 CNC operations reproduced, saw files byte-identical to what the saw ran.

Your saws and CNC, set up and proven on your orders.

// 10 / WHAT IT REPLACES

One system instead of five.

Every gap between two systems is a place a number gets retyped. A retyped number is how a wrong window gets built.

// 13 / HISTORY

Built on the factory floor. Checked against the factory's own files.

It wasn't written by a developer who's never seen a welder. It was written inside a uPVC window and door manufacturer, by the person who had to answer for the wrong windows.

Ten years

Every job in a window company

Admin, sales, check measures, installation, the factory floor, running the company. Every station timed by watching the work: profile saw, steel saw, CNC, weld, corner clean, hardware, reveals, fly screens, QC, dispatch.

One state to four

Spartan Double Glazing

Victoria, South Australia, the ACT and Tasmania in two years. The problems that come with that scale, wrong windows and five vendors that never agreed, are the reason every rule in the system exists.

Five months

ForgeOS Fenestration

2,636 commits between 29/04/2026 and 24/09/2026, around 315,000 lines across 237 modules. Factory files proven against 17 real production orders.

// 14 / STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What fabricators ask first.

Can we see it on one of our own jobs?

Yes. Send us one recent quote. We rebuild it live in 3D on a 20-minute call, and hand you back the cut list and CNC operations.

We're on an incumbent package. Switching is a nightmare.

It runs alongside what you have and rolls out one department at a time: sales first, then production, then install. Your profiles, hardware, glass and station times are loaded and verified before anyone quotes off it.

Our profiles aren't the ones you built it on.

Profile systems are data, not code. The Profile Manager imports a DXF and finds the glazing bead itself; hardware hole positions and milling rules live in Settings. Configuration is real work, and we say so up front.

How long until my reps can quote on it?

Reps learn the quoting flow in a day: pick the window, type the size, click the colour, save. The factory side takes longer, because it's checked against your real orders before the saw runs on it.

Does it do aluminium or timber?

It was built on uPVC first. Because profile systems are data, other systems are a configuration question, not a rebuild. Ask us and we'll give you a straight answer for your range.

Where does our data live, and who owns it?

Your quotes, jobs, customers and settings are yours. Every change auto-saves to the cloud with point-in-time backups. A customer's private link loads that customer's page and nothing else.

Twenty minutes. On your own job.

Send us one recent quote. We rebuild it live in 3D on the call and hand you back the cut list and CNC operations. That's all it takes to see how much of your week it gives back.

  • 01Bring a recent job that went wrong, from quote to install. We'll trace where it broke.
  • 02Bring the make and model of your saws and CNC, and whoever programs them.
  • 03Bring one rep who quotes commercial. That line decides how much configuration you need.
  • 04We bring the live system, and a first pass at your catalogue.
