Our founder owns a window factory in Melbourne. For years he did the invoices on a Sunday night: six subscriptions that didn't talk to each other, every job typed in three times, one person who knew how it all actually worked. What owners ask first.

What does the audit cost?

It's a paid audit, priced by the size of the business and how many sites we need to walk. The fee is credited against the engagement if we go on to do the work, and refunded in full if the audit doesn't find a credible 3× path. We'll give you the number on the call.

What does 3× mean?

Three times the number that matters most to you over a 24-month engagement: revenue, margin, enterprise value, or the hours you get back. We pick the number together on day one and the diagnosis is written against it.

What if you don't find a path?

We say so, in writing, refund the fee and walk. We'd rather miss the revenue than take money from a business we can't transform.

What happens after the 14 days?

You own the diagnosis and the plan whether or not you go on. If you do, the engagement runs in phases: restructure, software, floor, then film and brand, then AI and handoff. Most owners keep us on a monthly retainer after that.

Do we have to stop work while you're in?

No. We work around the business. Your team keeps quoting, cutting and installing; we watch, time and ask.

Why only three a quarter?

Because it's done properly or not at all. Each audit has the same people on it for fourteen days, and the engagements that follow take real time.
