// FLOOR · 5S · CNC · ROBOTICS · MELBOURNE · AUSTRALIA-WIDE
When the bottleneck is physical.
Factory floor and workshop automation for manufacturers and fabricators. 5S layouts, CNC set-up, robot cells and custom rigs, with the software that drives them. We walk the floor before we touch a keyboard, and if it needs a machine nobody sells, we build that too.

The factory board · stations, cut lists and CNC files, live
// 01 / WHAT YOU GET
Floor, machines, software. One system.
Most factories have three: a layout nobody planned, machines fed by hand and software that stops at the office door. We join them.
01 / 5S layout
A floor where the work flows one way.
Stations laid out in the order the product moves, tooling where the hand reaches, the walk between them removed. Measured in minutes saved per unit, not in tidiness.
02 / CNC set-up
From the quote to the cut file.
Machines fed from the same model the rep quoted from. Bar plans, nesting, tool paths and labels generated, not retyped.
03 / Robot cells
The jobs nobody wants to do twice.
Loading, handling, welding and finishing cells where the volume justifies them, integrated with the schedule so the robot knows what's next.
04 / Custom rigs
A machine nobody sells.
Jigs, assembly rigs, test benches and one-off machines designed for your product, built and commissioned by us.
05 / The software
The floor runs off the office.
A live board instead of a whiteboard: what's cut, what's at assembly, what's on the truck. The same data the quote came from.
06 / Operators
Built for the people who run it.
Trained on the floor, with instructions on the station, not in a binder. If they don't use it, it doesn't count.
// 02 / HOW IT WORKS
Walk. Plan. Build. Measure.
The floor doesn't stop for us. Changeovers run on weekends and the software rolls out one station at a time.
We walk the floor.
Every station timed, every walk counted, every handling point written down. Where the work waits is where the money is.
The plan.
The new layout, the machines that pay for themselves, the software that feeds them, in order of return. In writing, with the numbers.
Build.
Layout changed over a weekend where we can. CNC commissioned. Rigs built in our workshop and fitted on yours.
Measure.
Units per day, labour per unit, rework. Reported monthly, in writing, against week one.
// 03 / WHO IT'S FOR
Businesses that make things.
Window and door makers, joiners and cabinetmakers, metal fabricators, truck bodies, signs, furniture, food and packaging. If you've got a saw, a press, a welder or a line, and the office spreadsheet doesn't know what's happening on it, start here.
Based in Melbourne, working across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia, and remotely anywhere in Australia. We travel for the on-site work and do the rest from here.
// 04 / STRAIGHT ANSWERS
What owners ask first.
Do we need new machines?
Usually not first. Most floors gain more from the layout and from feeding the machines they already own properly than from a new machine. We'll tell you if a machine pays for itself and when.
What is 5S, in plain English?
A floor where everything has a place, the place is where the hand reaches, and anyone can see at a glance what's missing or waiting. It's not about being tidy; it's about the minutes between stations.
Can you connect our existing CNC?
Almost always. Most machines take standard files; the job is generating them from the quote instead of redrawing. We've done it for the saws, CNC centres, welders and corner cleaners of a window factory.
What's a custom rig?
A jig, bench, cell or machine built for your product because nobody sells one. We design it, build it in our workshop and commission it on your floor.
How disruptive is it?
Changeovers happen on weekends or in planned shutdowns. Software rolls out one station at a time. The floor keeps making product.
Where do you work?
Melbourne and Victoria first, then New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia. We travel for the floor work; the software is built from here.
